It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening in Geneva of the personal exhibition of the visual artist of Beninese origin Samson Gahoui: “Cry from the heart”. Samson's artistic influences are rooted in abstract painting, traditional dyeing, recycled art, and his travels across the African continent. He is a committed artist. His work transmits messages of non-violence, solidarity and love. In 2021, he leads awareness workshops with young refugees, in Niger and Mali, on behalf of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) Senegal. Samson's works take you on an endless journey, where subtle, captivating messages are sprinkled here and there, reflecting the artist's originality. We recognize his diverse and very interesting style.
