Ibrahima Balayara

Ibrahima Balayara is from Louga, Senegal. In 2018, he joined the National School of Arts in Dakar in the plastic arts department (DAP). He is a committed artist whose favorites themes are women, the environment, the traditions and customs of the societies in which he evolves. In his early days, he was known as Pipeuh’Art before changing his artist name in 2021 to Balayara. He has been awarded in several competitions organized in Senegal, the most recent of which is the one organized by the European Union in 2022 where he obtained second place.
