Jonathan Okewu

Jonathan Okewu is a Conceptual Ceramic Artist and has won awards as a result of his active participation in art exhibitions. His unique style of ceramics fetched him originality prize at the 2018 Life in my City Art Festival (LIMCAF). He is a member of the Ceramics Researchers Association of Nigeria (CerAN). Jonathan Okewu has B.A in Creative Arts (Ceramics) from University of Maiduguri, M.A in Industrial Design (Ceramics) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he also obtained Ph.D in Conceptual Ceramics. He is currently an academic staff with Federal University Lafia, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
